Azerbaijani President Affirms Independence in Internal Affairs

Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has asserted that Azerbaijan will not permit any external interference in its internal matters. In his address during the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year, Aliyev emphasized the nation’s commitment to maintaining sovereignty over its domestic affairs.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the President highlighted the country’s strong relationships with various international organizations, stating these alliances serve Azerbaijan’s interests. He reiterated Azerbaijan’s stance on equal partnerships and underscored that the nation has consistently resisted external pressures. Aliyev made it clear that Azerbaijan has never, and will never, allow any entity to impose its will or interfere in its internal affairs.
