Baku: The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has announced plans to destroy expired and unusable ammunition in the areas of Pirakashkul and Aghdara. The operation will take place from August 25 to 29 at a testing ground near the settlement of Pirakashkul and at a training center in the Aghdara district. The process will adhere to safety regulations to ensure public safety.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Defense has advised the public not to panic due to the expected sounds of explosions during the operation. The Ministry emphasized that there is no cause for concern and that the operation is a routine measure to dispose of outdated munitions safely.
