BAKU: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Latvian counterpart Baiba Braze within the framework of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said in a statement, Trend reports.
According to the information, the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Latvia in both bilateral and multilateral levels.
The foreign ministers also discussed preparations for COP29, the post-conflict situation in the region and Azerbaijan’s peace efforts.
