Ankara:Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has attended a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Ankara.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported that Bayramov was welcomed by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
