Abu dhabi: A Union March to mark the national day of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), celebrating the 54th anniversary of its independence, took place at Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Festival. The event was attended by UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, ministers and other high-ranking officials, as well as heads and representatives of Arab tribes, members of the public, and invited guests.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Azerbaijani cavalry unit performed the composition ‘Azerbaijan – Land of Fire’. UAE TV channels broadcast the Azerbaijani cavalry unit’s performance live, providing widespread coverage of the event.
The presence of the Azerbaijani cavalry highlighted the cultural exchange between Azerbaijan and the UAE, as the performance was one of the key attractions of the national day celebrations.
