Baku: Rashad Nabiyev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, held a meeting with a delegation led by Roland Pryce, World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus. The discussions focused on several strategic initiatives, including the development of a roadmap for cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting also covered topics such as the Light-Rail Transit (LRT) project and the enhancement of the Middle Corridor’s potential. Additionally, both parties explored possibilities for cooperation in the maritime industry.
The agreement to create a roadmap will cover key areas such as telecommunications, digitalization, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, aiming to bolster the nation’s technological framework and infrastructure.
