Baku: A farewell ceremony for People’s Writer Elchin Afandiyev will be held on August 4, from 12:00 to 14:00 at the Azerbaijan State Theater of Young Spectators, the Ministry of Culture announced.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Elchin Afandiyev will be buried in the first Alley of Honors.
