Baku: Azerbaijan is set to launch an ‘Industry 4.0’ education center, as revealed by Fariz Jafarov, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM), during the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum. The center aims to operate as a ‘one-stop shop’ model for the industry, facilitating a seamless integration of education and industrial needs.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Jafarov highlighted that memorandums have been signed with several universities. This initiative will allow university students to engage with the program, enabling them to explore fieldwork opportunities where they can identify industrial problems and propose innovative solutions. The center is envisioned to bolster the industry and science ecosystem by fostering a collaborative environment. Additionally, this platform will provide startups the opportunity to present new ideas tailored to the challenges faced by manufacturing companies.
