Azerbaijan, Serbia, and Trkiye Launch Trilateral Audiovisual Media Exchange Program

Belgrade: The first stage of a trilateral experience exchange program in the field of audiovisual media between Azerbaijan, Serbia, and Trkiye has been successfully implemented.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this initiative was part of the trilateral cooperation between the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Serbia’s Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media (REM), and Trkiye’s Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTUK).

The program, conducted in Belgrade from June 23 to 27, 2025, focused on enhancing cooperation in audiovisual media regulation. Participants engaged in discussions on media monitoring, content analysis, legislation, regulatory principles, and media policy. The event aimed to share advanced practices and foster an environment of mutual learning.

Representatives from Azerbaijan and Trkiye had the opportunity to observe the daily activities of REM and explore the workings of various Serbian television and radio channels, the public broadcaster, and the National Broadcasting Tower complex. This program marks the first stage of ongoing trilateral cooperation, with plans to continue similar exchanges in the future.
