BAKU: Azerbaijan is clarifying several procedural timelines set for civil court proceedings, Trend reports.
The issue was addressed in a proposed amendment to the Civil Procedure Code, which was discussed during today’s session of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
The draft states that the court will review a petition for the cancellation of temporary measures within 20 days of its submission. If the petition’s matter demands immediate attention, the court may schedule a hearing and notify the parties involved.
Additionally, petitions for correcting inaccuracies or errors in court rulings will be examined within 10 days of their submission.
After the discussion, the first reading approved the amendment.
