Azerbaijan Relocates 13 Families to Hadrut Settlement

Hadrut: On December 26, the next relocation to the Hadrut settlement took place, APA’s local correspondent reports. At this phase, the keys to apartments were handed over to 13 families, consisting of 51 people, who were relocated to Hadrut settlement. Representatives of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, as well as the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, attended the ceremony.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the relocation involved families who had been temporarily settled in various regions of the republic. These temporary accommodations included dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. The move marks a significant step in the ongoing efforts to resettle displaced individuals in the region.

The relocation to Hadrut is part of a broader initiative by the Azerbaijani government to address the needs of refugees and internally displaced persons. This process aims to provide stable and permanent housing solutions for those affected by past conflicts. The involvement of high-level representatives underscores the importance of this initiative in the national agenda.
