Baku: Rules for the temporary local regimes and short-term restrictions regarding the use of the airspace of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been clarified.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, these regulations are reflected in the ‘Rules for the Use of Airspace and Flights’ approved by a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The new rules aim to provide a clear framework for the application of restrictions in Azerbaijan’s airspace, ensuring that any temporary or short-term limitations are managed effectively. The decision by the Cabinet of Ministers outlines the conditions under which these restrictions can be imposed and the procedures for their implementation.
By establishing these guidelines, Azerbaijan seeks to enhance the management of its airspace, allowing for better coordination and safety in aviation activities. The rules are expected to impact various stakeholders, including airlines and pilots operating in the region, by providing them with precise information on airspace usage protocols.
