Baku: Azerbaijan will experience four consecutive non-working days as a result of the Day of the Armed Forces, following a decision by the Cabinet of Ministers to swap specific work and rest days.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, June 26 is traditionally a non-working day in Azerbaijan to commemorate the Day of the Armed Forces. This year, June 21, which falls on a Saturday, has been designated as a working day to ensure a continuous break from June 26 to June 29.
The adjustment means that June 26, 27, 28, and 29 will be non-working days, while June 21 will be observed as a regular working day. With the upcoming Saturday and Sunday on June 28 and 29, citizens will enjoy an uninterrupted four-day break.
