For the snap parliamentary elections, 227 observers from OSCE/ODIHR and 61 observers from OSCE PA have been registered, Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission said at a press conference held today, APA reports.
The CEC Chairman noted that a large number of parliamentary delegations will observe the elections: ‘Parliamentary delegations covering a broad geographic area from north to south will monitor the elections. Additionally, 8 election commission chairpersons invited by us will also observe the process.’
