Baku: 117 students from Baku Engineering University (BEU) are currently in South Korea as part of a dual-degree program with INHA University, undertaking their final year of studies.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the students were greeted at Incheon International Airport by an INHA University delegation. The program follows a “3+1” model, where students from the “Information Technologies,” “Civil Engineering,” “Electrical Engineering,” and “Electronics Engineering” fields complete their first three years at BEU and their fourth year at INHA University.
Upon successful completion, students receive diplomas from both BEU and INHA University. Since the program’s inception, 256 students have graduated from the BEU-INHA dual-degree program (DDP). Initiated in 2020 under the “State Program for 2019-2023,” the program’s implementation period has been extended until 2030 by an order from President Ilham Aliyev, dated July 22, 2025.
