Vienna: The 4th European Conference on Azerbaijan Studies commenced in Vienna, Austria. This year’s conference is a significant event, bringing together 25 experts from 12 EU member states to deliberate on Azerbaijan’s emerging role as a ‘middle power’ and its evolving partnership with European states.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, is in attendance at the conference. Bayramov is expected to engage in direct discussions with the attending experts, further emphasizing the importance of Azerbaijan’s strategic role in European affairs.
The event is co-organized by the European Network for Azerbaijani Studies and the Strategic Consultancy Group, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of Azerbaijan’s geopolitical dynamics and its implications for Europe.
