Vardanyan and Sahakyan Report Humane Treatment During Detention


Baku: Vardanyan and Sahakyan, who were detained recently, reported being treated humanely during their detention period.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, a visit was conducted with the participation of a medical doctor from the National Preventive Group. During the visit, individuals, including R. Vardanyan and B. Sahakyan, were interviewed and medically examined. They confirmed that they had not faced any discrimination or ill-treatment during their detention.



The detainees stated that they were provided with adequate detention conditions and healthcare services. They noted that they had been visited multiple times by the Ombudsman and the International Committee of the Red Cross. Both Vardanyan and Sahakyan expressed their gratitude for the visits and the treatment they received.
