US Announces Outlook for Oil Production in Azerbaijan for 2027

Baku: The Energy Information Administration (EIA), a part of the US Department of Energy, has released its forecast for Azerbaijan’s average daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons for the year 2027.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the EIA’s monthly report anticipates that Azerbaijan will produce 540 thousand barrels of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons daily in 2027. This forecast aligns with the EIA’s projection for 2026, which also estimates a daily production of 540 thousand barrels without any changes.

In 2025, the average daily production was projected to be slightly higher, at 570 thousand barrels. This indicates a slight decrease in the projected daily production for the following years, reflecting the EIA’s current assumptions and expectations regarding Azerbaijan’s oil output.
