Tovuz:An attempt to transport mobile phones across the customs border without declaring them has been thwarted by the Tovuz Customs Department’s employees.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, a customs inspection was carried out on a vehicle entering the Republic of Azerbaijan from Georgia at the “Red Bridge” customs post.
During the inspection, authorities discovered 433 undeclared mobile phones concealed within the tractor unit of the vehicle. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
