Baku: U.S. Chamber of Commerce delegation plans to visit Azerbaijan, the country’s energy minister, Parviz Shahbazov, wrote on his X page, Trend reports.
According to Trend News Agency, the visit aims to explore potential areas of cooperation in the energy sector between Azerbaijan and the United States. This was discussed during a meeting involving Shahbazov, Jennifer Miel, executive director of the US Chamber of Commerce’s Middle East and Trkiye Affairs Department, and representatives from leading energy companies.
Shahbazov noted that they exchanged views with Jennifer Miel and energy companies on projects included in Azerbaijan’s energy agenda. The Chamber of Commerce has shown interest in expanding energy cooperation, with a delegation visit planned for February next year.
