Baku: Two internet providers have ceased operations in Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports. The companies affected by this development are Skynet LLC and Robonet LLC, whose registrations have been officially revoked.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, Skynet LLC was registered in April 2023, and Robonet LLC had its registration in January 2024. The cessation of these providers’ operations has led to a change in the total number of registered internet operators, providers, and hosting providers in Azerbaijan, bringing the current total to 194.
The process of registering internet operators and providers in Azerbaijan is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
