Fuzuli: “The construction of the mosque, gifted by Turkmenistan, specifically in Fuzuli, is proof that Karabakh belongs to the Republic of Azerbaijan,” said Gurbanmammet Elyasov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Azerbaijan, during a briefing dedicated to the groundbreaking ceremony of the mosque that Turkmenistan is presenting to the people of Azerbaijan in the city of Fuzuli, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ambassador recalled that the groundbreaking ceremony of the mosque was held with the participation of all Turkic state leaders. He added that this is a very important historical event for the Turkic world.
‘I believe that in the future, this mosque will become a symbol of friendship and brotherhood among the Turkic states,’ the diplomat noted.
