Kayseri: Saturday’s UEFA Nations League game between Trkiye and Wales ended in a goalless draw at the RHG Enerturk Enerji stadium in central Trkiye. Both national teams failed to find the back of the net during the match, which was part of matchday five in the tournament.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, a crucial moment occurred in the 88th minute when Wales defender Neco Williams conceded a penalty for a foul on Trkiye’s Yunus Akgun. However, Trkiye’s Kerem Akturkoglu was unable to capitalize on the opportunity, missing the penalty kick just a minute later. The draw leaves Trkiye at the top of the Nations League standings with 11 points, while Wales follows closely in second place with nine points.

In a separate Group B4 match, Iceland secured a 2-0 victory over Montenegro. The goals were scored by Orri Oskarsson in the 74th minute and Isak Bergmann Johannesson in the 89th minute at the City Stadium in Niksic, Montenegro.
