Baku: Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Rahmon expressed his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan on their national holiday.
