Baku: Azerbaijan is independently developing essential infrastructure in the liberated territories, Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for the districts of Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend, told journalists.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Huseynov emphasized that Azerbaijan is making significant state-funded investments without relying on external assistance. He pointed out that considering Karabakh’s tourism potential, natural resources, agriculture, and industrial sector, the region is favorable for foreign investors. Huseynov stated, “Each part of Karabakh has its own unique potential. Thus, we can attract investors there.”
