A plot of land on the territory of the central market of Uzgen worth 87,057 million soms was returned to the state. The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
According to it, the plot of 10,882 square meters was illegally sold to a citizen.
In this regard, the district prosecutor’s office filed a statement of claim to invalidate the land purchase and sale agreement. The court fully satisfied the claim.
By resolution of the City Hall of Uzgen city, the land plot was taken into municipal ownership.
