According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Julius Maada Bio expressed warm congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev, the government, and the people of Azerbaijan. The message highlighted the enduring strength and resilience of Azerbaijan as well as the remarkable progress the nation has made in recent years.
President Bio conveyed his hopes for the spirit of unity, peace, and prosperity to continue guiding Azerbaijan in the future. He also extended his best wishes for the continued good health and happiness of President Aliyev, along with prosperity for the government and people of Azerbaijan.
The letter concluded with President Bio offering assurances of his highest consideration to President Aliyev.
