Moscow: Mikhail Mishustin, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, has conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of his birthday. Mishustin’s message emphasized the significant progress Azerbaijan has made under Aliyev’s leadership in various sectors, including the national economy and social sphere.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Mishustin highlighted the robust development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations, characterized by good-neighborliness and mutual respect.
