Under the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, “Rules for repatriation and rehabilitation of minor citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan in difficult living conditions in a foreign country” has been approved, APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been instructed to resolve issues arising from this Decree.
