Baku:Nearly 30 years ago, a unique musical collaboration brought Azerbaijan and Norway together. In 1997, the SKRUK choir from Norway and Azerbaijani performers collaborated on a project titled “Landet vi kommer fra” (“The Country We Come From”), which merged the musical cultures and traditions of the two countries.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, AZERTAC correspondents in Baku and Norway have revisited this project by interviewing its participants. The interviews aimed to uncover how the collaboration began, the challenges faced, and the lasting memories of those involved in this remarkable cultural exchange.
