Baku:The restoration of Karabakh and East Zangezur is seen as a significant achievement for Azerbaijan, as stated by Speaker of the Milli Majlis, Sahiba Gafarova, during a plenary session of Parliament.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, Speaker Gafarova emphasized that Azerbaijan’s historic victory has paved the way for the comprehensive restoration of its territorial integrity and sovereignty. She noted that the importance of this victory continues to grow with time.
The Speaker highlighted that the end of the criminal junta regime on Azerbaijani territory marks a crucial turning point. She credited the political, economic, and military efforts for the historic victory and noted that longstanding resolutions by the UN Security Council and other international organizations are finally being implemented. The restoration of Karabakh and East Zangezur, she affirmed, gives tangible meaning to Azerbaijan’s triumph.
