Moscow: The ‘Forte Bello,’ ‘Zafferano,’ and ‘Edoko’ restaurants located in Moscow’s Aviapark mall have been closed. Owned by Azerbaijani businessman Emin Agalarov, these establishments are no longer in operation, as reported by APA’s Moscow bureau.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the press service of Agalarov Development announced that the closures are part of AgalarovRest’s strategic move to concentrate on independent projects rather than those situated within shopping malls. The company is realigning its business focus in response to changing market dynamics.
Yevgeniya Khakberdiyeva, regional director of NF Group’s retail real estate department, mentioned that the closure of Agalarov-associated restaurants extends beyond Aviapark to other locations as well. She noted that these establishments, which catered to mid- and high-end markets, faced challenges due to their inability to consistently refresh their concepts, services, and offerings. This stagnation in innovation caused the projects to conclude after surpassing the lifespan of many competing businesses.
