President’s Special Representative Announces Housing Developments in Lachin


Baku: President’s Special Representative reveals number of houses commissioned and planned for construction in Lachin. As of now, over 1,000 residential houses have been built or restored in Lachin, and 847 families have been resettled, Masim Mammadov, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district, said during an event held at Lacinema, APA reports.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mammadov noted that 626 private houses, 138 apartments in multi-storey buildings, and 87 non-residential premises have been commissioned in the city of Lachin.



He further highlighted that construction and restoration work is currently ongoing on 89 private houses, 28 multi-apartment buildings, and 26 non-residential premises. Additionally, there are plans to build 237 private houses and 29 multi-apartment buildings, which will comprise 436 apartments. In the village of Sus, there are plans for 59 private houses and 4 non-residential buildings, while Zabukh village is set to see the construction of 223 houses and 4 non-residential buildings.
