New york: “Azerbaijan has entered a new era,” President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev declared during his speech at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized the nation’s achievements, stating, “We won, both in war and in peace. We ended the occupation and started reconstruction.” He highlighted that justice has prevailed, sovereignty has been reinforced, and peace is effectively in place.
The president expressed Azerbaijan’s readiness to share its experiences with the international community. He underscored the importance of the country’s progress and the lessons learned in overcoming past challenges.
