President of the Republic of Peru Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra has addressed a letter of congratulation to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28 – Independence Day, APA reports.
The letter reads:
“Excellency, Mr. President,
On behalf of the government and people of Peru, I am pleased to extend my sincerest congratulations to you on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On this auspicious day, I convey my best wishes for the well-being and prosperity of the people of Azerbaijan. I would like to emphasize that Peru is interested in enhancing the ties of friendship and cooperation that unite our countries. I also express my keenness to identify new areas of mutual interest that will bring our peoples closer together.
