President Ilham Aliyev Sends Independence Day Greetings to Kyrgyzstan


Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Sadyr Zhaparov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Trend reports. The letter was sent in honor of Kyrgyzstan’s National Day, marking its Independence Day.



According to Trend News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his heartfelt congratulations to President Zhaparov and extended his best wishes to the people of Kyrgyzstan. He acknowledged the significant socio-economic advancements achieved under President Zhaparov’s leadership through extensive construction works and reforms.



President Aliyev highlighted the dynamic development of relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, which are underpinned by shared spiritual values and historical-cultural roots. He emphasized the elevation of bilateral relations to a strategic partnership level, reflecting the steadfast will of both peoples and the commitment to deepening cooperation.



President Aliyev expressed his confidence in continuing joint efforts to enhance the traditions of friendship and brotherhood, and to expand bilateral and multilateral cooperation. He concluded the letter by wishing President Zhaparov good health, happiness, and success, along with wishes for lasting peace and prosperity for the Kyrgyz Republic.
