Baku: ‘The healthcare system in our country has entered a new stage of development,’ President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated in his address to the participants of the international scientific-practical congress dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after Aziz Aliyev, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted that, in line with the state’s healthcare policy goals, medical facilities are being reconstructed to meet the most modern standards. Research is being actively promoted through the integration of science and practice, utilizing the latest advancements in medical technology. The President emphasized that the Advanced Training Institute for Doctors plays a crucial role in this development, significantly contributing to the healthcare progress in Azerbaijan.
