Tianjin: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, held a meeting with Xie Yi, the Founder and Chairman of Sichuan Sunsync Photovoltaic Technology Co, on August 31 in Tianjin, China. The meeting focused on exploring potential collaboration between Azerbaijan and the photovoltaic company.
According to Trend News Agency, discussions were centered around the development of a modern facility in the Alat Free Economic Zone for solar panel production. The facility is expected to adhere to the highest technological standards and aims to export a significant portion of its products to global markets.
Xie Yi highlighted the favorable investment environment in Azerbaijan and the strategic relations between Azerbaijan and China as key factors in the company’s decision to invest in the country.
