Baku: Artur Rasi-zade was awarded the “Heydar Aliyev” Order, APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order in this regard.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Artur Tahir oglu Rasi-zade received the “Heydar Aliyev” Order for his contributions to the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan and his service in public administration.
