Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the opening ceremony of a new park established in Baku’s Narimanov district.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the event took place on October 1, where Eldar Azizov, Head of the Baku City Executive Authority, provided information to the head of state and the First Lady about the park.
The newly established recreational area is strategically located at the intersection of Ahmad bey Aghaoglu, Tabriz, and Talat Shixaliyev streets, close to the Italy-Azerbaijan University. The park spans 3.5 hectares and includes various facilities such as gazebos, an amphitheater, a tennis court, entertainment zones for children, and a modern lighting system, catering to both relaxation and sports activities.
