Baku: ‘The development of appropriate mechanisms is required for the swift implementation of UN Security Council resolutions,’ President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during his speech at the SCO Plus format meeting, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Bishkek reports. ‘If implemented, this would serve to enhance the UN’s prestige and the organization’s role in conflict resolution.’
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized Azerbaijan’s commitment to strengthening multilateralism in international affairs. Having led the Non-Aligned Movement for four years until recently, Azerbaijan will continue to contribute to international cooperation and resolution strategies.
