Yerevan: Currently, there are no separate contacts between the Ministries of Defense of Armenia and Azerbaijan, stated Armenia’s Defense Minister Suren Papikyan at a press conference held on January 13.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Papikyan mentioned, “When contacts are established, we will talk about it. For now, I cannot say anything.” This indicates that while there is potential for future communications, no formal exchanges have been initiated at this time between the two defense ministries.
