Baku: Secretary General of Turkic States Organization, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Novruz holiday, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter expressed Omuraliev’s sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Aliyev, highlighting Novruz as a centuries-old holiday celebrated annually by Turkic peoples. The holiday symbolizes the revival of nature and the awakening of the land.
