‘Our organization has observed elections in Azerbaijan since 2013’, George Birnbaum, representative of the U.S. Oracle Advisory Group told AZERTAC.
According to him, Azerbaijan always boasts a very high turnout of votes.
‘This year’s early presidential election and the current parliamentary elections reflect true patriotism. We are witnessing high voter activity and democracy in action. The process is running very smoothly,’ Birnbaum noted.
‘We are very excited to see so many people voting across the country,’ he added.
