Baku: Currently, construction is underway in 27 residential settlements, while 25 are undergoing renovation and restoration, and the foundations have been laid for 21 more in the liberated territories, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this information was disclosed during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers focused on the preparation of the ‘2027-2030 Socio-Economic Development Strategy’ and the ‘Second State Program on the Great Return.’ The developments in these areas are part of ongoing efforts to ensure the return of displaced populations and their reintegration into the economic framework.
The report highlighted that in the liberated areas, the initial phase of construction has been completed in 15 cities, towns, and villages. This progress marks a significant step toward facilitating the return of the population and revitalizing economic activities in these regions.
