The placement of ordinary, registered, undocumented shares of the non-bank credit organization ‘Finoko’ with the ISIN code AZ1001019467 in the amount of 500.000 manats by subscription has been completed at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). This is reported by the BSE. The report says that at the time of signing to the underwriter – the investment company ‘Azfinance’ – 2 investors submitted an order for a total amount of 500.000 manats. Thus, all the shares were sold, and “Finoko” raised its authorized capital by 10.3% from 4.9 million manats to 5.4 million manats
