“Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Higher Education Council of the Republic of Trkiye on the establishment of Trkiye-Azerbaijan University” was signed at the signing ceremony of Azerbaijan-Trkiyedocuments in Ankara with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, APA reports.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Minister of Science and Education of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev and Chairman of the Higher Education Council of Trkiye (HEC) Erol Özvar.
