Baku: Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, King of Jordan, has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from King Abdullah II expressed heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the people and government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It conveyed sincere well-wishes to President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan, celebrating the Republic’s Independence Day.
In the letter, King Abdullah II expressed his hopes for President Aliyev’s good health and happiness. He also wished the Azerbaijani people continued progress and prosperity, reinforcing the friendly ties between Jordan and Azerbaijan.
