Baku: On September 20, the city of Khankendi hosted a grand concert celebrating the Days of Khankendi, Khojaly, and Aghdara. Participants first watched a video highlighting Khankendi, Khojaly, and Aghdara, followed by a concert featuring renowned cultural and artistic figures. Songs performed by People’s Artists of Azerbaijan and prominent singers were received with great interest and applause by the audience.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event was attended by notable figures, including Secretary General of TURKSOY Sultan Raev, Deputy Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Khankendi city, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts Sabuhi Gahramanov, and Head of the International Relations Department at the Ministry of Culture Farrukh Jumayev, along with other officials.
The events held as part of the Days of Khankendi, Khojaly, and Aghdara are of special importance in promoting the historical and cultural heritage, national values, and modern development of these territories.
