Baku: An Iraqi delegation led by Hiyam Al-Yasiri, the Minister of Communications, visited the ‘ASAN Khidmet’ Center. During the meeting, Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided an overview of the ‘ASAN Khidmet’ Centers, which were established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev. Salmanov highlighted the innovative solutions implemented in the public service sector through these centers.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegation learned that ASAN has become an intellectual brand exported to more than 30 countries. The Iraqi delegation was also introduced to the activities of the ‘INNOLAND’ Incubation and Acceleration Center, Mobile ASAN Khidmet, the ‘ABAD’ Public Legal Entity, and the ‘Bilim Baku’ Center.
The Iraqi Minister expressed a strong interest in the ‘ASAN Khidmet’ model and conveyed her intent to apply Azerbaijan’s experience in Iraq in the near future.
